Wikimedia CH’s participation at Open Education Day 2026 on 25 April 2026 at PH Bern fully matched our expectations. In a session with Dr Monika Wyss, an education expert on ‘transformative learning’, and Jean-Marc Wyss, Wikimedia CH’s Education Programme Lead, we discussed Open Education Resources (OER) and sustainability based on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030), building on the main theme of ‘Learning Together’.
At the Wikimedia CH stand, Jean-Marc Wyss and Community Manager Dorine Barth gave education experts an insight into the work of Wikimedia CH. At this year’s Open Education Day, we were once again able to make interesting contacts and network within the fields of education and the (open-source) community.
