On 5 October, at the WikiCon in Wiesbaden, the annual convention of all German-speaking Wiki-contributors, deserving Wikipedians and projects were awarded with the WikiEule 2024 in different categories.
In the KulturEule (Culture Owl) category, two Wikimedia CH team members made it onto the nomination list: Community Manager Ulrich Lantermann (User:Lantus) and GLAM Lead Sandra Becker (User:Medea7) have thus received high praise for their commitment to and in the wiki community.
